Does the smartphone come with accessories?
Yes. All our devices are sold with a matching charging / data cable. Please note: The cable is generic, not the cable the phone originally came with.
What is covered by the 12-month warranty?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our refurbished phones. This means that if the product has a technical defect during the warranty period, we will repair it. If the repair is not possible, we will replace the mobile phone. Excluded from the warranty are all defects caused by gross negligence or improper use.

What do I need to know about shipping and returns?

International shipping (EU & Switzerland): 3- 7 days | Shipping Costs: 10€
RETURNS:
For all domestic and international returns: Accepted within 30 days. The buyer pays the return postage.
